A post is an idea, topic or finding that you would like to research or work on. It differs from a “Bite” in that it includes a mandatory data or method section. So it requires thought or a summary on how an observation is testable. You can choose to work on a post in private by keeping it as a draft, collaborate with the Publisci community by inviting comments and discussions, or add other members to co-author.
Quickly and easily publish a “Bite” on any Scientific topic that you’d like share with the PubliSci community. Whether it’s an opinion piece, a list, a review, and so on, your goal is to present the knowledge in a language that resonates with all members regardless of their scientific backgrounds.
A Pre-Pub is a draft version of a scientific paper that has not been published yet.
Upon completing all the required fields, a PubliSci Pre-Pub can be submitted and time stamped to
secure an the intellectual property of an idea. The paper can then be shared and improved on
PubliSci or submitted for review in any journal.
