About AaronShunk

Science and Education are life-long passions. My education includes: an undergraduate degree is Biology/ Education, and I received a Masters is in Geology from the department of Earth and Planetary sciences at the University of Tennessee. I completed a PHD in Geology at Baylor University. My publication history focused on reconstructing the Paleoecology and Paleoclimate records from sediments and fossils from lake and cave deposits. I closely follow advancements in literature about climate change and geology. I recently redirected my passion for research into learning about particle physics and the standard model. Some of my research: 1. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S003101820500475X 2. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0031018211003075 3. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10933-008-9244-0 4. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0031018209000170 5. https://gsa.confex.com/gsa/2003AM/finalprogram/abstract_61898.htm 6. http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2007AGUSMPP53A..01S 7. https://gsa.confex.com/gsa/2006AM/finalprogram/abstract_114612.htm 8. https://gsa.confex.com/gsa/2008AM/finalprogram/abstract_150954.htm 9. http://search.proquest.com/openview/7e4910fadc65b10fd49318c8056c1a3e/1?pq-origsite=gscholar&cbl=18750&diss=y 10.
